As a Client Onboarding Specialist, Sierra Rice is the main point of contact for clients throughout their Sagemont Tax experience. She collects the client data needed to determine eligibility and submit a claim and liaisons with our team of financial analysts to provide client updates.

Prior to working at Sagemont Tax, Sierra worked as a Manager at a credit union. She also worked in the banking industry and customer service. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky and is certified in Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering as well as Financial Counseling.

Sierra has completed numerous leadership training and development programs and has held positions on local committees such as Ashland Build-A-Bed, Young Women LEAD, and Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She has a son and fur-babies: a dog, Gypsy and a cat, Smokey. She enjoys photography and editing as a personal hobby and really loves working for Sagemont Tax!
